About Us
Founded by Clair, Land Productions is an independent location scouting and production company built on over two decades of hands-on industry experience and a passion for filmmaking, photography, landscape, architecture, interiors and the creative process.
Clair began her career as a runner in photography studios before progressing to Executive Producer and Head of Production. Over the years she has collaborated with leading agencies, production companies and global brands, producing international campaigns and managing complex multi-disciplinary shoots around the world.
From location strategy and production logistics to talent sourcing, art buying and shoot coordination, Clair brings clarity, calm and experience to every project, with sustainability at its core. Her strength lies in connecting the right people, places and production support to bring creative ideas to life.
Alongside commercial and editorial productions, Clair also works with the travel and tourism sector, sourcing distinctive locations and helping showcase unique places and spaces through photography, film and brand storytelling.
Now based in Cornwall, she leads Land Productions with strong knowledge of the South West through to the Midlands, supporting productions across film, TV, commercial, editorial and branded content.
Available for freelance and contract hire, Clair supports agencies, production companies and brands on bespoke, ad hoc and long-term projects across the UK and internationally.
