About Us
Founded by Clair, Land Productions is a location scouting and production consultancy built on over two decades of hands-on industry experience and a passion for filmmaking, photography, landscape, architecture, interiors and the creative process.
Clair began her career as a runner in photography studios and worked her way up to Executive Producer and Head of Production. Over the years she has collaborated with many of the UK’s leading agencies, production companies and brands, leading global campaigns and managing complex, multi-disciplinary shoots around the world.
From navigating challenging logistics to advising on talent, music production, art buying, pre and post-production, and location strategy, Clair brings clarity, calm and confidence to every project, with sustainability at its core. Her strength lies not just in what she knows, but in her ability to connect the right people, places and processes to bring creative ideas to life.
Alongside commercial and editorial production, Clair also works with the travel and tourism sector, sourcing distinctive locations and helping showcase unique places and spaces for exceptional stays, photography, film and brand storytelling.
Clair is available for freelance and contract hire, supporting agencies, production companies and brands on bespoke, ad-hoc or long-term projects.
Now based in Cornwall, she leads Land Productions, with strong knowledge of the South West through to the Midlands, working with clients across the UK and internationally.
